Job Description

Job Description:

- A BIM Modeller is an individual who models and manages three-dimensional digital models of various type of buildings and Industries. These 3D models contain detailed information about the project's design, construction process, and building usage, utilized throughout the building's lifecycle

We are looking for people with the following:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree (Mechanical, Electrical and other relevant engineering graduates)
- 3 to 5 years & 5 to 8 years proven experience in Revit modelling
- Good English language communication skills and collaborative approach
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create precise 3D BIM models.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM model.
- Take ownership of modelling, drawings and documentation production process
- Understand and implement industry wide BIM standards.
- Develop details and drawings from conceptual ideas and engineer's sketches.
- Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards.
- Review model and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
- Highlight potential problems and look for a solution.
- Interact with engineers, architects and clients to coordinate BIM modelling and drawings.
- Create 3D views or renders for project use or marketing purposes
