Role: We’re looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on rack & stack experience, and basic Python scripting ability to support automation and reporting. Responsibilities: - L2 support for switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, WAN & IPSEC - Rack & stack, structured cabling, fiber patching, Ethernet cable crimping - Monitor & respond to network alerts (CPU, bandwidth, flaps, packet loss) - Perform config changes, firmware upgrads & device health checks - Use basic Python scripts for automation, log parsing & simple reports - Maintain network diagrams, port maps & documentation - Follow ITIL processes for Incident/Change/Problem Skills & Qualifications: - 2–4 years of network support experience - Good knowledge of switching, routing fundamentals & IPSEC - Hands-on with cabling, rack installations & data center work - Experience with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix) - CCNA or similar certification preferred - Location: Onsite/Hybrid (as applicable) -
