Your Role

- Design, implement, and administer ManageEngine monitoring environments across enterprise IT infrastructure. Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize tools such as OpManager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager to ensure robust monitoring and performance visibility.
- Customize monitoring configurations, thresholds, and alerting rules to proactively detect and resolve issues across servers, networks, and applications.
- Integrate ManageEngine tools with ITSM platforms and automation frameworks to streamline operations and enhance incident response.
- Maintain configuration compliance, perform audits, and generate actionable insights through reporting and analysis.

Your Profile

- 4 to 6 years of experience in administering ManageEngine tools including OpManager, Applications Manager, and Network Configuration Manager
- Expertise in tool deployment, configuration, and performance tuning for enterprise-scale monitoring
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles, event management, and alerting strategies
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and integration
- Experience with configuration management, compliance tracking, and network device auditing
