Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on client requirements.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of applications.
- Assist in the migration of data into the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
- Develop technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues within the Oracle HCM environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
