Overview This positon will play a key role in supporting UK I&As long-term growth and transformation agenda. They will collaborate with the insights team to leverage macroeconomics, consumer sentiment data, analytics, and bolt / demand space insights to take a holistic view of growth opportunities - identifying and prioritising must-win battles for PepsiCo in the UK; and turning strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable business impact They will help drive key initiatives such as end to end insights in collaboration with the rest of BU Insights and GCC teams, digital acceleration, and end-to-end business transformation, while ensuring strong governance and alignment across all strategic priorities. Responsibilities - Strategic Problem Solving: Evaluate performance and analyse future opportunities. Frame and diagnose problems, test choices and develop a solution. Inform the long-term strategic agenda of the UK BU with an emphasis on commercial priorities - Deliver Actionable Insights: Collaborate with teams to integrate macroeconomic, consumer sentiment, and demand-space / bolt analytics into strategic decision-making. Leverage these inputs to identify and prioritise the must-win battles for PepsiCo in the UK and shape portfolio, market, and category strategies. - Diagnose: Frame the problem to solve, capture/map the current state and internal/externals comparisons and benchmarks - Analytics: Understand key drivers through data across fragmented and disparate sources (eg external Nielsen / Kantar data & internal financial performance) - Design: Develop solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams and business leaders, find opportunities to enable growth and/or drive productivity/efficiency in the end-to-end value chain, prioritize and align on roadmap of actions across time horizons with key stakeholders - Plan & Execute: Drive the execution of initiatives in accordance with approved plans and targets, resolve bottlenecks and track performance against set milestones and goals/criteria. This can include both co-ordination of initiatives led by others or direct responsibilities - Influence & Communication: Facilitate values-based decision making through clear and well-articulated business proposals. Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional initiative leads to ensure successful realization of UK BU goals, and develop comprehensive and cohesive change plans - Project Management: Drive governance & portfolio management of UK BU end-to-end Strategy initiatives and integrated roadmap for successful and timely delivery (business case, status, timeline, milestones, risks, resources, investment and capabilities). Organize and direct both internal and external resources to successfully perform targeted tasks. - Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic/geopolitical trends - Execute against time-sensitive requests from UK BU Strategy & Transformation VP and aligned by UK BU GM/UK Exec - Partner with Sector Strategy & Transformation Teams to scope and implement Sector wide/Corporation wide initiatives in the UK BU aligned by UK BU leadership - Lead and Execute Strategic Projects: Manage and execute cross-functional strategic projects from scope to delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Coordinate initiatives across BU to drive impact in areas such as digital acceleration, HFSS, and end-to-end business transformation. - Champion Strategic Insights and Collaboration: Represent and advocate for the Strategic Insights function, ensuring the effective use of data, analytics, and foresight in shaping UK BU strategy. Manage agency relationships time to time if the need be to ensure output quality and actionable insights that strengthen organizational understanding. - Stretch beyond Strategic Insights to assist on BA / BI strategic work eg:- QBRs, MBRs and other business priorities Qualifications Degree educated (MBA), experience in a fast-paced industry role. 8-10 years’ experience in a relevant industry (consumer, Foods and beverages) and will have worked on projects with strong insight and analytical components - Adept at taking complex or ambiguous problems and solving in a structured and methodical way - Naturally curious, with experience in analysing a variety of data types - Should be able to understand and analyze large complex consumer data sets (demand spaces / segmentation, macroeconomcis).
