What You'll Do - Support payroll processing for 1000+ people across different geographies, including India, EMEA and the US - Respond to employee inquiries and address payroll issues or concerns with excellent customer service - Apply for SIT, SUI, Local and City tax IDs via agency websites - Support month end accounting reconciliation items with cross-functional team members - Maintain and document all payroll and tax records - Analyse and support complex employee tax calculations, including hypo taxes and gross up calculations What You'll Need - 2+ years of experience processing global payroll services, including tax returns, for 500+ employees preferably based in India, EMEA and the US - CPS, CPP or FPC certification desired - Strong English language skills both written and verbal - Intermediate MS Office Excel skills - Outstanding problem-solving skills and organizational skills - Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, stewardship and workflow management - Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust Our Side Of The Deal We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. - Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. - The starting pay rate for this role is 870,000 INR per annum. - Pay progression based on your performance.
