Role Description We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Associate to join our team in Velachery, Chennai. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging clients, understanding their photography needs, showcasing our services and portfolio, and managing all stages of the sales process. The Sales Associate will also build strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the photography team to ensure seamless service delivery and attending events as needed to represent our brand. Qualifications - Proven sales skills and experience with client interactions and negotiations - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients - Customer service expertise with a commitment to client satisfaction and building long-term relationships - Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently - Basic knowledge or appreciation of photography and wedding/event planning is a plus - Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software would be an advantage
