The New Car Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles, maintaining professional relationships with clients, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. Daily tasks include conducting vehicle demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating sales terms, and building customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-ups. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining knowledge of new inventory and understanding market trends. Qualifications - Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to ensure fulfilling and lasting relationships with clients - Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse customer base - Experience in Automotive Sales and a deep understanding of vehicle features and options for accurate recommendations - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and a customer-driven approach - Time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment - A valid driver's license and basic knowledge of car features is an advantage
