Job Description

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Number of Positions: 10+

Salary Range: Up to 3,00,000 per annum (based on experience & skills)

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Tyre Service Engineers to join our team in Surat. The role involves tyre inspection, maintenance, and service support for heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, and fleets. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality tyre services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct tyre inspections for wear, pressure, alignment, and balancing.
- Perform tyre fitting, rotation, and replacement for all vehicle categories.
- Carry out puncture repairs, wheel balancing, and alignment.
- Monitor and maintain tyre inventory records and scrap management.
- Implement and use Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and other digital tools.
- Provide on-site tyre solutions at customer/client locations.
- Support fleet operators by giving preventive maintenance suggestions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and service protocols.
- Travel to client locations within/around Surat when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Education: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Automobile/Mechanical) preferred.
- Experience: 13 years in tyre servicing / automotive service industry. (Freshers with ITI/Diploma can also apply).
- Strong technical knowledge of tyres, tools, and service methods.
- Ability to diagnose tyre-related issues and provide practical solutions.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in workshop and field conditions.
- Open to travel and flexible work schedules as per client requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary Package: Up to 3,00,000 per annum (CTC).
