Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Details Position Title CS Management Trainee Company Reporting to Cluster Function Sub-Function Purpose We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary Intern to support our corporate governance, compliance, and administrative functions. The role is ideal for students pursuing CS (ICSI) who want hands-on exposure to secretarial practices, statutory filings, and board-related processes. Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparing and filing statutory forms, returns, and documents with MCA/ROC. - Support in drafting board resolutions, notices, minutes, and other secretarial documents. - Help organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes. - Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers. - Assist in compliance related to Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks (as applicable). - Conduct research on corporate laws, governance practices, and regulatory updates. - Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and stakeholders for compliance activities. - Assist in preparation of annual reports, corporate policies, and disclosures. - Handle routine secretarial tasks and documentation under supervision. Knowledge and Experience Education Qualifications Pursuing Company Secretary (CS) course (Executive/Professional program). Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and basic secretarial concepts. Good command of written and spoken English. Excellent organizational, research, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience - Fresher
