Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (showroom, office, and corporate roles). - Conduct interviews, background checks, and ensure timely onboarding. - Coordinate induction and orientation for new employees. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement - Foster a healthy workplace culture with open communication. - Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. - Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. 3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance - Supervise attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.). - Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation. 4. Performance Management - Implement and monitor appraisal systems. - Guide managers on goal setting and performance reviews. - Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. 5. Policy & Process Management - Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct. - Ensure all HR processes align with company values and legal standards. - Support management in manpower planning and workforce budgeting. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. - 8-10 years of experience in HR management (preferably in retail or jewelry industry). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
