Founder Principal- Full-Time On-Campus Leadership Role Female Candidates only Key Responsibilities 1 Leadership Develop and communicate a clear vision and mission for the school Lead strategic planning initiatives to achieve educational excellence and continuous improvement Inspire and motivate faculty staff and students to achieve their highest potential 2 Academic Excellence Oversee curriculum development and implementation ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices Monitor academic performance and implement interventions as needed to support student success Evaluate instructors and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to and identify areas of improvement Foster a culture of inquiry critical thinking and innovation in teaching and learning 3 Student Development and Well-being Promote a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students Implement policies and programs to promote student well-being character development and leadership skills Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules such as the dress code and attendance policy Collaborate with counselors and support staff to address student needs and challenges Provide guidance and counselling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs 4 Faculty and Staff Management Participate in hiring training and other employment activities for instructors and secondary staff members to create a dynamite team Provide professional development opportunities and support for continuous growth and learning Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance 5 Parent and Community Engagement Build positive relationships with parents alumni and the broader community Communicate effectively with stakeholders through newsletters meetings and events Collaborate with community partners to enhance educational opportunities for students 6 Financial Management Develop and manage the school budget in collaboration with the finance team Identify and pursue funding opportunities grants and partnerships to support school initiatives Ensure transparent and responsible financial practices in line with regulatory requirements Key Qualifications Eligibility Master s or Doctorate degree in Education Experience as founder Principal Extensive experience in educational leadership in a boarding school setting Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proven track record of academic excellence student achievement and school improvement Knowledge of educational trends curriculum development and assessment practices Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build effective teams Visionary mindset strategic thinking and a passion for innovation in education Respect for dietary preferences and practices in accordance with Jain dietary guidelines inside the school campus What s Offered Opportunity to co-create a pioneering school model blending inner change with academic excellence Warm inclusive residential environment with housing meals Space to innovate and make a lasting impact on children educators and families Modest sustainability-based compensation Application Requirements Resume Cover Letter - Why do you want to join this role Portfolio of Work Reflective Piece Essay Video Audio What does it mean to lead a school rooted in values and consciousness Job Type Full-time Pay 1 800 000 00 - 2 400 000 00 per year Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience School Administration 6 years Required Work Location In person
