Together, we create with confidence Overview The Paid Search & Social Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on performance marketing campaigns across major search and social platforms. This role combines analytical rigor with channel expertise to drive measurable growth, improve efficiency, and deliver best-in-class digital advertising results. Mode of work: Remote Timings: 5pm to 2am IST Looking for only Immediate Joiners Experience: 2 to 5yrs Responsibilities Campaign Management Paid Search - Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display/GDN, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping). - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget forecasting, and bid strategy optimization. - Perform search term analysis, Quality Score optimization, and ongoing account hygiene. Paid Social - Plan, forecast, and launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. - Optimize targeting, creative rotation, audience segments, and bidding strategies. - Execute A/B tests for creative, copy, and audience performance. Tracking, Measurement & QA - Apply and validate tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and platform tags. - Troubleshoot pixel and tag discrepancies across search and social platforms. - Ensure accurate attribution setup and verify platform-level data consistency. - Execute formal QA for all campaign launches (budgets, targeting, URLs, creative, tags). Performance Optimization - Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.). - Maintain accurate pacing and ensure error-free campaign execution. - Provide actionable insights using performance data, platform analytics, and testing outcomes. Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration - Build and deliver performance reports using platform dashboards and client-specific tools (Pathfinder, Rockerbox, Skai). - Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media strategy teams to align messaging, targeting, and measurement. - Stay updated with industry trends, beta features, and platform best practices across search and social.
