Job Description - Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the brand's market presence in the personal care industry. - Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. - Oversee product launches and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement. - Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI on marketing initiatives. - Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. The Successful Applicant A successful Brand Manager should have: - A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of 3+ years in brand management and retail marketing within the personal care industry. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders. - Proficiency in using marketing tools and software to manage campaigns and analyse results. - A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative brand strategies.
