The Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to help shape and execute our digital marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founding team, take ownership of campaigns, and see your ideas come to life. You will be responsible for creating compelling content and managing our presence across key professional platforms to generate leads and build brand awareness. This is a 3-month, unpaid internship ideal for a student looking to build a strong portfolio in B2B marketing and gain invaluable real-world experience. What You'll Do - Develop and design engaging visual content (graphics, short videos, presentations) for our social media channels using Canva or other content creation tools. - Plan, execute, and manage organic and inorganic (paid) marketing campaigns, primarily onLinkedInandMeta (Facebook). - Write compelling copy for posts, ads, and email newsletters that resonates with our target audience of senior leaders in the hospitality and education sectors. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (engagement, CTR, CPL), and provide reports with actionable insights to the leadership team. - Assist in creating marketing collateral for proposals and sales presentations. Who We're Looking For - A current undergraduate or Master's student, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Highly proficient with Canvaor other content generation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). A strong visual design sense is essential. - Demonstrable experience with managing both organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta Ads.You should be comfortable with audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management. - Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write sharp, professional, and persuasive content. - A self-starter who is creative, data-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Familiarity with Instagram marketing is a plus, but the primary focus will be on professional networks.
