You'll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decisionmakers, and doing persistent followups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset. - Compensation & Training : - Training Period: 30-90 days (online) - Stipend during training: 10,000 INR - Post-Training: Upon successful completion - Full-time Salary: 65,000 INR per month (30-40k Fixed + Incentives) - Work from the comfort of your homethis is a 100% remote opportunity - Responsibilities : - Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital so urces. - Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decisionmakers to understand their needs. - Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions. - Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
