🌟 We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable ManagerLocation: Ahmedabad Company G roup: 3 Manufacturing Units + 2 Contracting Companies (Earthen Group) Earthen group, a fast-growing leader in decorative wall textures and surface finishes, is looking for a highly competent and disciplined Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Manager to handle and streamline the complete receivables and payables operations across our 3 manufacturing companies and 2 contracting companies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Full ownership of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable across all group companies • Daily monitoring of outstanding receivables and follow-ups • Vendor payment planning, scheduling, and timely processing • Coordination with sales teams, project teams, and factory heads for accurate billing • Tracking credit limits, ageing reports, and ensuring minimum overdue • Maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and weekly summaries for management • Ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and proper record-keeping • Supporting internal audits and reconciling inter-company transactions 🔹 Candidate Profile • Minimum 5+ years of AR/AP experience (manufacturing or contracting industry preferred) • Strong command over Tally, Excel, and accounting workflows • Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills • Highly disciplined, organized, and comfortable handling multi-company operations • Ability to work efficiently with senior management and cross-functional teams 🔹 What We Offer • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing pan-India group • Professional work culture and long-term growth • Competitive salary based on experience and capability 📩 How to Apply Send your CV to hr@eathentextures.com (Or message directly on )
