Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Associate Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and contributing to strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities: A) Financial Reporting & Compliance - Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.). - Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required schedules. B) Budgeting & Forecasting - Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. - Provide insights to management for effective cost control and financial planning. C) Accounts & Operations - Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closure activities. - Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and vendor/customer reconciliations. - Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and other employee-related financial activities. D) Management Reporting - Prepare MIS reports for management and stakeholders. - Analyze financial data to provide recommendations on business performance and profitability. E) Process Improvement - Implement best practices in financial controls and automation. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally/Zoho preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Leadership and team-handling capabilities. Qualifications & Experience - Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified. - 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit (Big 4/article experience will be an added advantage). - Exposure to SaaS/technology/startup environments preferred but not mandatory.
