Job Description Designation-Assistant Manager (Finance) Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for financial reporting in the Finance functio n A. Reporting & Financial process 1. esPreparation of the financial 2. s.Monthly closure of the books on time & preparation of MI 3. S.Ensuring the debtor ageing should not be > 30 day 4. s.Reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 day 5. s.Ensuring there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 15 day 6. s.Maintaining of cost parity with the HoldCo and informing HoldCo of any best practice in the subsidiar 7. y.Regularly looking to cut & optimize the cos 8. t.Analyzing the monthly cost and providing the reason for the varianc 9. e.Preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and AOP 10. s.Responsible for all accounting activities and tracking whether the compliances with various statutes are me 11. t.Creation of Process notes, accounting notes, and guidance note 12. s.Tracking all the payments are being done correctl y. B. Treas 1. uryTo handle banking, mutual funds & any other financial product relationsh 2. ip.To negotiate with the banks on various produc 3. ts.To forecast the working capital requirements and manage the cash f 4. lowTo track the weekly treasury income and ensure the ROI is maintain ed.
