Key Responsibilities o Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for medical devices and equipment o Identify and penetrate new international markets focusing on healthcare providers distributors and hospital networks o Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients distributors and stakeholders in the healthcare sector o Oversee the preparation and management of export documentation including invoices packing lists certificates of origin shipping documents and regulatory clearances e g FDA CE marking or ISO standards o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations including specific medical device directives labeling requirements and packaging standards o Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical devices to international markets Key Skills o Proficiency in ERP systems and export management tools with specific experience in medical device tracking and inventory systems o Comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations including MDR Medical Device Regulation and country-specific healthcare compliance requirements Qualifications o Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration International Business or a related field o Minimum one year of experience in export management preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry o Strong knowledge of international trade regulations export documentation and compliance
