About the Company Join AT T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world Our Chief Security Office ensures that our assets are safeguarded through truthful transparency enforce accountability and master cybersecurity to stay ahead of threats Bring your bold ideas and fearless risk-taking to redefine connectivity and transform how the world shares stories and experiences that matter When you step into a career with AT T you won t just imagine the future-you ll create it Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Security Operations Supervisor with 10 years of expertise across multiple network security domains The ideal candidate will lead and manage security operations ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of enterprise networks and applications Experience Level 10 years Key Responsibilities Leadership Team Management Supervise and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts driving operational excellence and continuous improvement Oversee daily security operations including monitoring incident response and change management Network Security Operations Manage and optimize firewall policies Palo Alto Check Point Fortinet Cisco ASA etc for performance and compliance Administer and monitor VPN solutions ensuring secure remote access and site-to-site connectivity Oversee proxy solutions for secure web traffic management and threat prevention Manage and maintain Web Application Firewalls WAF to protect applications from OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities Incident Response Threat Management Lead incident investigations and coordinate root cause analysis and remediation activities Collaborate with SOC teams to detect and respond to advanced threats and vulnerabilities Process Improvement Automation Develop and implement security automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Establish and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs for network security operations Compliance Governance Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements ISO 27001 PCI-DSS NIST etc Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network infrastructure Key Skills Qualifications 10 years of hands-on experience in network security including firewall VPN proxy and WAF management Strong leadership and supervisory experience in security operations teams Expertise in routing ACLs and secure network design Experience with automation and scripting Python Ansible or similar for security operations Solid understanding of incident response and threat management frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant certifications preferred CISSP CCNP Security CISM Additional information if any Should be flexible to provide coverage in US night hours Should be flexible with shifts and supporting on weekends Cybersecurity Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Regular Location IND AP Hyderabad Argus Bldg 4f 5f Sattva Knowledge City- Adm Argus Building Sattva Knowledge City It is the policy of AT T to provide equal employment opportunity EEO to all persons regardless of age color national origin citizenship status physical or mental disability race religion creed gender sex sexual orientation gender identity and or expression genetic information marital status status with regard to public assistance veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local law In addition AT T will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities AT T is a fair chance employer and does not initiate a background check until an offer is made
