Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MSSQL Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development and management, with expertise in MSSQL, SSIS, and T-SQL. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server databases, as well as creating and optimizing complex queries and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage SQL Server databases
- Design and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures
- Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data integration
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in MSSQL, T-SQL, and SSIS
- Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work immediately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

- Experience with other SQL Server tools and technologies
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
