Position: Lead Network Manager Reports to: CTO, Thermax Limited Role in short: The Lead Network Manager will design, build, and maintain company networks across all Thermax locations. This includes managing a team, working with vendors, ensuring network security, and supporting business operations. Key Responsibilities (Highlights) - Network Design & Implementation: Build scalable, secure networks for factories & offices. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and review network engineers/admins (in-house & outsourced). - Vendor Management: Work with OEMs, AMC partners, and communication providers. - Network Maintenance & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, upgrade, and secure networks. - Collaboration: Partner with IT Infra, Admin, vendors, stakeholders. - Project Management: Deliver network projects on time & budget. - Network Security: Apply protocols, audits, risk mitigation, incident handling. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain network diagrams, configs, reports. Qualifications (Highlights) - Education: Bachelor’s in IT/CS. - Experience: 10–15 yrs (3+ yrs leadership). - Skills: SD-WAN, Firewalls, Communication, Cloud & Hybrid Networking, ICS/OT. - Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CISSP (preferred). - Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication.
