Internship Overview :

We're seeking a creative, motivated, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our digital presence across various platforms like Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Twitter, and YouTube. You'll contribute directly to content ideation, creation, and editing (text, images, and video). Your goal will be to align content with our brand's storytelling to build a community passionate about climate tech startups and impact investing. If you're interested in climate innovation and eager to develop real-world marketing skills, this internship is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, schedule, and publish posts, threads, and videos across Meta, Twitter, and YouTube

- Craft content that reflects climate-tech trends and investor insights, maintaining brand consistency

- Write concise, engaging captions and copy tailored to a specialized finance and startup audience

- Edit visuals and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms.

- Monitor, analyse, and strategize content performance and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement by observing Analytics and other tools.

- Manage a structured and detailed content calendar and ensure deadlines are met

- Apply basic SEO principles to improve content reach and engagement

Requirements

- Prior internship or experience in social media marketing or content creation (mandatory)

- Strong interest in climate tech, finance, and the startup ecosystem

- Familiarity with platform algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies

- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, InShot, or equivalent tools for content design and editing

- Basic understanding of SEO and social content marketing

- Clear communication skills with an eye for visual and data-driven storytelling
