Job Description Hiring for: Brand Scale-Up Inc. Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, North Bengaluru Designation: Client-Servicing Executive Overview: We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Client-Servicing Executive with prior agency experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client service within the agency space, looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests - Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets - Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction - Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals - Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met, managing scope and timelines effectively - Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Qualifications: - Prior experience working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies) - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proactive approach to problem-solving - Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices More about us- - Brand Scale-Up Inc. is a brand-strategy-led digital marketing agency, specializing in Video content Production, Social Media Management and Performance Marketing.
