Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions. Develop process documentation and training materials. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training. Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management. Work closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Travel for on-site client support as needed. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. Experience 3+ Year Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Quick learner with effective communication skills. Basic project management and multitasking capabilities. Knowledge of key business domains: E-Commerce, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounting.
