Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow is highly preferred, along with experience in Ivanti or Atlassian platforms. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 ITSM Implementation & Management - Lead ITSM implementations (preferably ServiceNow) from scoping through deployment - Configure core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management - Design workflows, state transitions, notifications, and approval processes - Ensure platform configurations are optimized and consistent 🔹 Solution Architecture & Design - Design end-to-end ITSM architecture solutions aligned with business objectives - Lead architectural design of complex ITSM implementations across enterprise environments - Create solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches - Define technology selection strategies for optimal ITSM solutions ⚙️ Please note: This is NOT an ITSM Operations or Service Delivery Manager role.
