We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to play a critical role in the design development and deployment of full-stack cloud-native applications using NET React and Azure In this role you will leverage your deep technical expertise to build scalable robust and high-performing software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business The ideal candidate possesses a passion for innovation a proven track record of delivering complex projects and a strong desire to mentor and guide other engineers Responsibilities Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Architecture and Design Contribute to the architecture and design of complex cloud-native systems ensuring scalability performance and maintainability Full-Stack Development Lead the development of full-stack features and components demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies Code Quality and Standards Champion code quality best practices and coding standards through code reviews and mentorship Technical Problem Solving Tackle complex technical challenges providing innovative and effective solutions Technology Evangelism Stay at the forefront of technology trends evaluating and recommending new technologies and approaches Stakeholder management Interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders driving prioritization integration and adoption as applicable Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field Experience 8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on NET React and Azure Technical Skills Deep expertise in C NET Core ASP NET Core React Azure cloud services e g Azure Functions Azure App Service Azure Cosmos DB and DevOps practices Platform Skills Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native development Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles Architecture and Design Proven ability to design and implement complex cloud-native architectures Leadership and Mentorship Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and inspire other engineers Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Problem-Solving Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges About Business Systems GroupThe vision of Business Systems group is to deliver modernized and innovative system solutions and processes that drive business productivity provide exceptional customer user experience support revenue growth and help manage accounting compliance risk for Trimble About Trimble IndiaTrimble India is a subsidiary of Trimble Inc a global leader in providing technology solutions for industries such as construction agriculture geospatial and transportation With a strong presence in India Trimble offers a wide range of innovative products and services to enhance efficiency productivity and sustainability
