Designation- Project Engineer for SuratExperience- 01 to 07 yearsDepartment- EngineeringReporting Technical- GMObjective-We are looking for an accountable project engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve You will schedule plan forecast resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion Role and responsibilities As a Project Engineer Great opportunity to use your engineering knowledge to develop our customers into using the fuller range Industrial products - Your activities would consist of making consultative visits to customers to customers to understand their current processes identifying areas of improvement and recommending demonstrating products or services to help them- You would be rewarded for the opportunities you discover which convert into a closed business - Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them - Achieve company objectives by thoroughly planning setting project goals analyzing performance data and making forecasts - Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment dies tools and controls using computer-assisted drafting CAD equipment - Assist in the creation and submission of project RFI s and other informational needs- Manage and maintain Objective field drawing and provide links to project details for ease of use on mobile devices - Maintain project documents specifications etc for all projects in progress Ensure the most updated set is always available - Track assigned tasks to Supervisors and prioritize the completion of tasks accordingly - Responsible for projects involving multiple people - Maintain ABC Company s CAD standards and template - Complete project submittals based on specifications and scope requirements on project - Assist in review of weekly field labor time cards ensuring correct cost application and project tracking- Prep Hilti Total Station for layout use on upcoming projects coordinate with layout foreman - Provide feedback to Team on current processes and systems and make strategic suggestions to adjust the current process and system to meet changing demands of industry Continually strive to develop new ways to improve the business Requirements and skills- - Excellent written communication skills and- Team working skills - Good organization and planning skills - Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects - Strong attention to detail Analytical skills and good judgment - Initiative and results target focused - Good understanding of engineering principles- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role - Proficient in AutoCAD- Able to read and understand engineering drawings- Ability to understand and translate product drawings into process information - Ability to provide comprehensive Solutions to prospective clients - Ability to track budget spend including sub-contract hours- Basic Knowledge of Industrial Piping Valves and having a good command in Technical areas - Better Industrial Knowledge Result oriented Capable to coordinatewithIndustrial Team Members - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Creativity and commercial awareness Qualifications Must have a degree In Engineering field Diploma B-Tech B E with Specialization Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering - Design Project Construction Management or a related field - Experience of managing multiple activities including Design calculations Drawings Material Engineering and Stress analysis for Pipeline engineeringExperience 1 to 7 Years of experience needed with any Industrial piping and Industrial valves or industry support system - Preferably Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office - First reference- Have worked in the sanitary equipment industry like Pipes Pumps Valves Tubes Fittings etc - Experience of managing multiple activities including Design calculations Drawings Material Engineering and Stress analysis for Pipeline engineering- Have worked with industries like Chiller Compressor Pumps Valves HVAC ETP Boiler Filter press Nut bolts fittings MEP Consultant Insulation etc - Professional accreditation with an industry related body would be advantageous
