Job Description As a game programmer, s/he will be responsible to develop gameplay systems and tools using Unity Engine and C# programming language. Will be collaborating with IHP studios to guide them in debuging and fixing issues related to game mechanics, specifically related to the PlayStation platform builds. To identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize the game by implementing effecient algorithms and systems related to various aspects of the game (Game functionality, AI behaviour, Physics). Create and maintain technical documentation. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge of Unity Engine and its gameplay systems. Experience with game development and understanding of game design principles. Proficiency in C++ programming and OOPS concepts. Good problem solving and debugging skills. - Prior experience with Unity Engine based Game development(atleast 1 shipped title). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with source control systems (git, svn). Good to have: - Prior experience with Console game development. Understanding of graphics pipeline and shader programming experience. Familiarity with Perforce source control system.
