Job Description Job Description: Communication Specialist Content Strategy Location: Noida, India | Type: Full-Time | Experience: 1-5 years About Us: Devpro/INDIAdonates is a not-for-profit platform dedicated to fundraising and capacity building for small and mid-sized NGOs in India. We support organizations working in disability, education, elderly care, health, environment, disaster response, and more. We are looking for a Communication Specialist Content Strategy to help shape and execute our brand and fundraising communication. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social impact, digital communication, and content strategy. What You'll Do: Content & Brand Strategy Form, support and execute communication plans that enhance INDIAdonates visibility and engagement. Content Creation Write and manage content for blogs, thought leadership pieces, and knowledge-sharing resources. Social Media Management Plan and execute social media campaigns, staying updated on new trends. Digital Marketing Support Work with the fundraising team to create marketing and donor communication strategies. Fundraising Communication Develop content for donor outreach (CSR, institutional, and individual donors). Event & Webinar Coordination Plan and manage both online and offline events and collaborations. Stakeholder Communication Support internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency. Who You Are: 1-5 years of experience in communication, content strategy, digital marketing, or fundraising communications. Excellent writing & verbal skills in English. Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and fundraising in the development sector. Ability to work with Canva, Mailchimp, and other digital tools. (video editing skillset will be an added advantage) Passion for social impact and storytelling. A team player who can multitask in a dynamic environment.
