Position Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to join our Mumbai team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about social media, design, and video editing. You will work under the guidance of the Marketing Head, gaining hands-on experience in creative design, digital marketing, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update ALPS's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Design brochures, posters, and digital ads when required.
- Edit reels and short videos for promotional and student-focused content.
- Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly content calendar.
- Research social media and design trends to suggest new content ideas.
- Engage with followers to build and maintain an active online community.

Skills and Tools

Essential Skills:

- Canva (designing posts, stories, and creatives)
- CapCut (basic video editing)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (advanced graphic design)
- Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects (video editing)
- Experience in creating brochures and posters
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)

Soft Skills:

- Creativity and a strong eye for design
- Basic communication and writing skills
- Time management and organizational ability
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome. Prior internships or project experience in social media or design will be an advantage.
