We're Hiring: Senior Test Automation Engineer | Pune | AVP Level

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement cutting-edge test strategies across UI, API, and database layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
- Build robust automated testing pipelines integrated with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Execute performance, security, and functional testing using tools like JMeter, Postman, Selenium, REST-assured
- Leverage tools like Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG, and SQL for reliable automation scripting and validation
- Champion quality assurance practices and foster a culture of excellence, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Stay ahead of the curve by contributing to internal tech forums and adopting emerging QA technologies

You Bring:

- 5-13 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with strong proficiency in Java/Python-based frameworks
- Solid grasp on test methodologies including BDD, data-driven testing, and API validations
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerized testing with Docker, and test virtualization
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and an eye for detail
