Job Description: Sr. PPC Engineer – PEB Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for PEB projects. - Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely project execution. - Prepare and maintain project schedules, material requirement plans (MRP), and production timelines. - Track daily production progress and update MIS reports. - Follow up with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and consumables. - Review fabrication drawings, BOQs, and ensure production plans are aligned with project requirements. - Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and site teams for smooth workflow. - Analyze delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid production disruptions. - Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. - Support project managers and communicate project status regularly. - Prepare weekly/monthly production performance reports. Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of PEB components, fabrication sequence, and erection process. - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems (if any). - Good coordination and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. - 5-8 years of experience in PPC, preferably in PEB / structural steel industry. - Understanding of production planning, material flow, and fabrication processes.
