Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The candidate should be proficient in using engineering software and have a thorough understanding of Indian engineering standards and practices.

Responsibilities

- Design and analyze civil engineering projects
- Prepare detailed engineering designs and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to facilitate project completion.
- Oversee the construction process and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Utilize engineering software to model and simulate projects.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD Pro.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering and structural analysis.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients.
