for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework In particular you will be involved in the development of quality assurance test cases suites to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs Key responsibilities Develop and implement testing and quality engineering artifacts for new and existing software applications Ensure that Mobile applications are implemented according to the product stakeholder needs Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations functional and technical teams Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure Provide coaching to Junior Associates Works independently on simple to medium complex projects What we require B E B Tech MCA in Computer Science Engineering or related field is required 3-5 years of software quality engineering experience Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges with a can-do attitude Good Experience in testing Mobile applications and Web-based solutions Knowledge accessing relational databases e g SQL scripting Self-starter with ability to multi-task prioritize manage workload and consistently deliver results Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies Strong communication skills with ability to interact with developers and product stakeholders globally Good experience on Mobile Apps Automation Technical areas of expertise Experience with test management systems e g Jira Zephyr HP ALM Good experience on Mobile Apps and Web applications testing Experience on Selenium Web driver or Appium Framework Knowledge on Basic JAVA programming Strong background in test writing to provide full spectrum testing Familiar with deployment strategies including creation and oversight of multiple QA environments Good to excellent written communication skills including technical documentation Practical experience with creation of and adherence to an agile development scheduled for testing Background in working with product stakeholders to organize develop and execute User Acceptance Tests Experience with selecting creating appropriate test data and practiced at Structured Query Language SQL to validate systems
