Position Name - Lead - Account ReceivableLocation - BangaloreExperience Range - 6 years Work Model - Work from OfficeMandatory Requirement Experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment Qualification B comJob Roles and Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team providing guidance training and performance management Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections of all receivables Develop and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts and optimize cash flow Analyze and reconcile AR accounts regularly ensuring accuracy and consistency Work closely with the Sales Customer Service and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper billing Monitor and maintain customer accounts ensuring adherence to credit terms and company policies Prepare AR aging reports and provide detailed analysis to senior management Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to streamline the AR process Manage customer communication regarding outstanding payments negotiate payment terms and maintain professional relationships Ensure compliance with company accounting policies procedures and legal requirements Oversee dispute resolution and follow up on outstanding payments Qualification and Experience6 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles 2 years of leadership experience in managing AR teams Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR management best practices Proficiency in ERP systems e g SAP Oracle and MS Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Other Details Work from office
