Job Description Responsibilities: Support daily operational workflow across Revenue Operations Perform accurate and timely data entry, modifications, and process support tasks in Salesforce and related systems Maintain CRM hygiene including data validation and cleansing Monitor and triage sales support requests, escalating issues when required Provide QA support for Salesforce changes including territory assignments and account structure updates Assist devOps Managers and Analysts with bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management and pipeline accuracy Distribute weekly sales activity reports for leadership visibility Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements Support territory changes and commission-related adjustments Maintain documentation for completed operational tasks for audit and tracking Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests across Revenue Operations
