Job Title Salesforce Lead Developer Technical Architect Location Bangalore Experience 7 years 5 years in Salesforce Development About the Role You will be a key member of the Customer Platform team within the IT department driving new capabilities in our CRM systems to support global Sales Marketing automation efforts You ll lead the discovery design and implementation of scalable high-impact solutions working across multiple initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams Principal Duties Responsibilities Recommend scalable architecture and patterns meeting performance recoverability and availability needs Lead solutioning efforts and contribute to Salesforce platform strategy and roadmaps Develop and enforce coding standards best practices and reusable frameworks Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure development principles Lead proof-of-concept PoC initiatives for new features technologies or approaches Partner with project teams to drive technical scope design and execution Ensure platform stability and performance by proactive monitoring and support Stay abreast of industry trends Salesforce updates and recommend best-fit solutions Work collaboratively with business stakeholders delivery teams and leadership Present complex technical concepts in clear non-technical language Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor s in Computer Science IT or equivalent experience 7 years of total IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce development Proven experience delivering solutions in Sales Cloud and Marketing Automation Strong command of Apex LWC Lightning Web Components Flows Salesforce APIs REST Bulk Streaming Salesforce platform security sharing models and metadata architecture Experience with CI CD Git and tools like Copado Integration design experience with ERP systems and external platforms using event-driven architectures Platform Events Scaled Agile environment experience Good to Have Experience in Salesforce governance standards and architectural strategy Strategy formulation and technical leadership roles Building reusable frameworks and accelerators Excellent stakeholder management conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills Certifications preferred but not mandatory Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Platform Developer I Application Architect System Architect Integration Architect Platform App Builder Marketing Automation Specialist Skills CI CD salesforce security ERP About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
