Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Uppal, Telangana (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: - Market OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC consultants across multiple technologies. - Work directly with clients and Tier-1 vendors to generate new opportunities. - Handle the complete bench sales cycle — from lead generation to successful placement. - Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships. - Manage daily submissions, interviews, and closures efficiently. - Negotiate rates and finalize contract terms with vendors and clients. Required Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting (mandatory). - In-depth understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types. - Proven track record of consistent closures and performance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals.
