Responsibilities - Partner across various Microsoft teams to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas. - Work closely with various M365 and platform teams to understand and implement opportunities for performance and reliability improvements. - Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, and delivery of capabilities. - Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation. - Partner with various engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, prioritize issues, build deep visibility into platform health, and drive systemic improvements. - Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - Experience in driving strategy and roadmap for complex technical products. - Strong technical grasp of network, caching, content retrieval, APIs etc; experience with cloud platforms, AI infrastructure / platforms is a huge plus. - Able to make technical trade-offs required to balance performance, cost, and reliability - Excellent skills in influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization. - Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams to drive real business impact. #ODSP Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
