Your role - Act as a business partner with an operational mindset - Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts - Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost) - Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio - Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis - Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment - Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards - Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers - Ensure compliance with internal and external audits - We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 6 to 12 years of work experience Your profile - Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact - SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience) - Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving ability What you'll love about working here - We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
