Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to lead and grow our data science team The ideal candidate will drive the strategy and execution of data-driven projects deliver actionable insights and develop predictive models that support business objectives You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams mentor junior data scientists and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics solutions Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver impactful business insights Define and execute the data science strategy aligned with company goals Oversee the design development and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions Collaborate with product engineering marketing and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements Ensure data quality integrity and governance across projects Communicate complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Manage project timelines resource allocation and prioritize tasks within the data science team Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning Foster a culture of innovation continuous learning and experimentation within the team Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field PhD preferred 5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong expertise in statistical analysis machine learning and predictive modeling Proficiency with programming languages such as Python R or SQL Experience with big data technologies e g Hadoop Spark and cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure is a plus Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results on time Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team Preferred Skills Experience with data visualization tools Tableau Power BI Looker Familiarity with A B testing and experimental design Background in product analytics marketing analytics or business intelligence Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
