What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in healthcare recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Excellent communication and counseling skills (IELTS, NCLEX guidance preferred)
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and open to travel when required
- Team player with a passion for international hiring
