About Us NEFA Cabs Pvt Ltd is Arunachal Pradesh s own cab service company committed to providing safe reliable and technology-driven transportation solutions We are building a strong network of drivers and ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued customers Position Overview We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and manage all driver-related operations The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the company addressing driver issues monitoring compliance and escalating concerns to management on top priority This role demands excellent communication multitasking ability and a problem-solving mindset Key Responsibilities Driver Management Operations Act as the first point of contact for all driver-related queries issues and grievances Monitor driver performance attendance and compliance with company policies Maintain updated records of drivers documents and contracts Conduct regular follow-ups with drivers to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards Escalate critical driver-related issues immediately to management for resolution Process Coordination Handle the entire process flow of the company related to operations Coordinate between drivers customers and management for smooth service delivery Assist in onboarding new drivers including verification of documents and training Monitor trip assignments cancellations and service quality to ensure efficiency Prepare daily weekly operational reports for management review Compliance Field Operations Ensure all drivers maintain proper licenses permits and vehicle fitness certificates Conduct surprise checks and field visits when necessary fuel expenses reimbursed Track and manage driver performance metrics attendance and disciplinary actions Ensure safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed by all drivers Skills Qualifications Minimum Qualification Graduate in any discipline preferred in Management Commerce Administration Prior experience in operations transport logistics or cab services is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English Hindi and Assamese Arunachali preferred Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts quickly Proficiency in MS Office Excel and basic computer operations Good organizational and multitasking skills Must be punctual disciplined and responsible Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred fuel expenses covered for official field visits Salary Benefits Monthly Salary 8 000 - 18 000 depending on experience performance Fuel Expenses Reimbursed for field visits Growth opportunities within the company based on performance Exposure to startup culture and direct involvement in scaling Arunachal s homegrown cab service This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of operations and grow along with the company Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
