Role & responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ includes Civil, Interiors, Façade and MEP for both Green & Brown field projects.
- Co-ordinate and Support both pre and post tender QS and purchase team for material supplies and technical clarifications for any awarded job.
- Prepare rate analysis and a strong knowledge in the market rates.
- Maintain confidentiality & Integrity on all Project costs and Budgets.
- Assist the Contracts manager in Pre-qualification process of the vendor
- Assist the Contracts Manager to prepare and track the Cash Flow & Cost control
- Assist Contracts manager during weekly meeting for scope inclusion, exclusions, duration, penalties and risks.
- Attending meetings with the Line manager to close out the technical and commercial evaluation of the contractors.
- Assist Line manager to prepare the technical and commercial comparatives.
- Assist the line manager to call and attend the negotiation meetings, take meeting notes and officially circulate it to all stake holders.
- Prepare and maintain material tracker, weekly & monthly cost forecasts.
- Maintain the contracts and purchase orders.
- Maintain the historical records of budget vs achieved.
- Mandatory working knowledge in AUTOCAD, MS Project.

Preferred candidates:

B.E Civil Engineering with minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experience.
