Position Business Development Associate Experience 2-5 years Qualification Graduate Postgraduate in Business Administration Marketing or related field Role Overview The Business Development Associate BDA plays a pivotal role in driving the company s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building strong client relationships and ensuring the achievement of sales targets The ideal candidate will be proactive persuasive and capable of understanding market needs to position our products and services effectively Key Responsibilities Identify target and engage coaching classes and bookstores within the assigned territory Prospect and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets Generate qualify and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation cold calls field visits and networking Conduct market research to analyze trends competitors and customer needs Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and personalized follow-ups Understand client requirements and offer tailored product or service solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights recommendations and updates Share market feedback with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement Maintain accurate and timely sales reports tracking performance against targets Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for performance improvement Collaborate with internal teams Marketing Customer Support and Product Development to ensure a cohesive client experience Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and market insights Deliver exceptional post-sales support ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree MBA PGDM preferred in Business Administration Marketing or a related field 2-5 years of experience in business development sales or a related customer-facing role Experience in Education Publishing or allied industries will be an added advantage Desired Skills Attributes Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Prior experience in B2B sales preferred Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
