Role Description Pricing Executive (Commercial) is responsible for managing pricing strategies and ensuring competitive, accurate quotations for logistics services across air, sea, and land freight. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain profitability while delivering cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop, update, and maintain rate sheets for air, sea, and land freight across various trade lanes - Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers and internal sales teams within defined turnaround times - Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents to obtain the most cost-effective rates and service options - Analyse cost components, negotiate buying rates, and ensure profit margins align with company policies - Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing and timely proposal submissions - Maintain and update pricing databases, contracts, and rate agreements in the internal system - Support the sales team in clarifying rate structures, surcharges, and service details to ensure transparency with clients Qualifications - Educational background in technology (degree preferably MSc, Diploma, or B.Tech) - Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within the logistics domain or fresher - Excellent communication and negotiation skill - Strong understanding of logistics operations - Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing or ERP tools - Ability to manage multiple quotations under tight deadlines
