Own accounting, AR/AP, MIS, compliance, taxation

Set up processes and reporting from scratch

Supervise outsourced bookkeeping partners (India & US)

Liaise with US counterparts on financial compliance

Ensure India statutory audit readiness under IndAS/iGAAP
-

Support business with dashboards and cost control insights
-

Work hybrid from Bangalore (3 days in-office)

The Successful Applicant

-

Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years experience post-qualification
-

Strong in finance control, statutory compliance, MIS
-

Exposure to USGAAP/IFRS and startup environments
-

Able to work independently and build systems hands-on
