Overview We are seeking a Procurement Administration Contractor to provide temporary support to the procurement function during a period of reduced headcount. The role focuses exclusively on administrative activities and supplier communication to ensure continuity of operational delivery. Key Responsibilities - Monitor open purchase orders and actively chase vendors for updated delivery confirmation dates. - Maintain accurate delivery information in SAP Fusion (or equivalent MRP/ERP system). - Track late deliveries and follow up with suppliers to expedite shipments. - Support general procurement administration tasks to maintain data accuracy and workflow continuity. - Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Requirements - Background in administrative or procurement support roles. - Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP Fusion preferred but not essential. - Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups, filtering, basic reporting). - Excellent communication skills, with proven experience engaging professionally with vendors/suppliers. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload independently.
